The 2025–2026 Employee Handbook has been reviewed and updated by the President’s Cabinet. You can access the updated handbook on the myTLU portal by navigating to: Employee → HR Information → Policies and Manuals.

To assist with understanding the key updates, a video slide presentation is also available under Employee → Announcements for Employees (on the right-hand side).

Additionally, all employees—faculty, staff, coaches, part-time, full-time, etc.—are required to complete the 2025–2026 Handbook Compliance and Acknowledgment Form, also located under Employee → Announcements, just below the video.
