MyTLU will be unavailable on Saturday, January 9th from 8am-5pm for system maintenance and upgrade

IT staff will be performing a needed year-end update to our Jenzabar Database software. Because the MyTLU portal interacts closely with this database, it will be unavailable most of the day as well. A message will be sent out when the update is complete. 


One change you will see on MyTLU after the update,  is  the login process (screen shot "A"). After entering your username in the prompt, you will press "Continue".  This will take you to the Microsoft "Azure" authentication  (screen shot "B"). Here you would sign in just as you would Office 365, webmail or OneDrive. The difference is once signed in you will be able to move back and forth into MyTLU without having to re-log in each time, until you sign out of Office 365. We will provide some additional details once the update is complete.
