Procedure for Submission and Approval Proposal Submission
Any individual or group wishing to display or perform art on campus must submit a proposal to the TLU Public Art Committee. The proposal should include:
- Description of the artwork or performance
- Departmental oversight
- Medium, dimensions, and location
- Timeline for construction/installation
- Intended message or theme
- Duration (if applicable)
- Budget for installation and upkeep
- Any specific needs (e.g., lighting, sound, space requirements)
