Procedure for Submission and Approval Proposal Submission

Any individual or group wishing to display or perform art on campus must submit a proposal to the TLU Public Art Committee. The proposal should include:

  • Description of the artwork or performance
  • Departmental oversight
  • Medium, dimensions, and location
  • Timeline for construction/installation
  • Intended message or theme
  • Duration (if applicable)
  • Budget for installation and upkeep
  • Any specific needs (e.g., lighting, sound, space requirements)
