Description
The second course that focuses on complex nursing concepts related to age specific clients with acute and chronic health alterations, including complex, multi-system health issues such as shock, trauma, transplantation, disaster management. Emphasis is on the impact of communications and life experiences on health status, collaborative management of medications, therapeutic procedures/treatment, restoration and rehabilitation and patient and caregiver education at a higher level of practice.
