Description
Further develops the evidence-based professional nursing competencies to practice as a baccalaureate registered nurse in healthcare organizations. Emphasis is on the nurse practice standards and values as applied to managerial skills, professional ethics, regulatory requirements, delegration and supervision of unlicensed personnel, and intra and inter disciplinary teams to ensure safe, cost effective, and quality healthcare in complex systems.
