This foundational course introduces students to the dissertation process and requirements. Students will examine the purpose and structure of doctoral dissertations while identifying persistent, contextualized problems relevant to their educational or leadership setting that warrant scholarly inquiry. Through extant academic literature and theoretical frameworks, students will substantiate their research problem, formulate research questions, and consider appropriate data collection methods, participant selection criteria, and sampling strategies to investigate their identified pro
