Description
Examines the juvenile justice system as a distince part of the criminal justice system from perspectives of history, criminal law, family law, developmental psychology, deviance theory, crime prevention, and diversion of juvenile offenders. Prerequisite: CRCJ 231 or SOCI 231A (Also offered as SOCI 375).
