Are you a perfectionist? In this module, we will examine perfectionism and the relentless pursuit of demanding standards that comes with constantly pursuing a high level outcome. We will examine the motivation that comes from perfectionism and identify ways to manage these behaviors, identify when we should and should not strive for perfectionism, and evaluate the importance of achieving.
