In this module students will explore cultural roles and norms and try to answer some of the following questions: why are more scientists male and white? Who are successful minority and women scientists? and what can be done to develop identity and increase diversity in the STEM fields? Students will be introduced to and research a diverse group of leaders in the STEM fields. This module is ideal for pre-s
