Laboratory course in modern biochemical and physiological techniques with an emphasis on experimental design, manipulations and data analysis. Focuses on the purification and detection of protein. Also offered as BIOL 414 Prerequisite: BIOL 242, MATH 148, CHEM 248; BIOL/CHEM 434 and/or BIOL/CHEM 437 should be taken in advance or concurrently.
