Description
This course is designed to develop a detailed understanding of the organizational behavior, interpersonal relationships skills, and other critical behavioral dynamics of professional flight crews. The course builds upon the knowledge of Crew Resource Management (CRM) acquired during the student's flight training. The history of CRM, CRM concepts of Communication Processes, Problem Solving, Group Dynamics, Workload Management, and Situational Awareness will be investigated. Aircraft incidents and accidents related to the evoluation of CRM training programs and FAA regulations will be analyzed. Intrapersonal and Psycho-Motor skills will be addressed as they relate to safe, legal, and efficient flight operations. Prerequ
