As the holidays approach I would like to remind everyone that the police department 
works on a modified schedule and all the buildings will be closed for the entire holiday period. 

Building closure starts on Sunday, December 22nd at 12:01 am 
and will resume regular schedule on Thursday January 2, 2025, at 8am.

The Alumni Student Center will be the only building that will be open from 8am to 6pm during the holidays.  
Please use the door by the post office if you need to access the ASC.

During the university closure, a dispatcher will be on duty at the Alumni Student Center (Bubble) from 8am to 6pm.  
If an officer is needed during those hours the dispatcher will contact an officer for you.
At 6pm the ASC will be locked, and the on-duty Officers’ shift begins. The officer will be on campus from 6pm until 6am.  

If you need an officer during the hours between 6am and 8am, please call 830-491-1630 or 830-372-8189.
If it’s an emergency, please dial 911.

Students who have been approved to work, practice, or do research on campus during the semester break will not 
have building access other than the ASC during the building closure period. 
Students approved to stay on campus over the break will be limited to their residence, the ASC and the respective athletic facility as well.
